- Administrative and logistic organization
- Reception of the sites, study and topographic survey

- Transport and distribution of the equipment to be installed
- Digging and pouring of the bases of the masts
- Erection of masts, fixing of solar panels, wiring of batteries and regulators
- Finishing (casting of diamond tips)
- Weekly meetings, weekly reports and monthly progress reports
- Organization of technical and provisional receptions
- Elaboration and printing of a user manual
- After-sales service and maintenance of street lamps for the warranty period
